8:00 - 9:00 (UTC) Kickoff We kickoff the session with a group video call where we quickly go over the goals and stuff we want to learn this day.
9:00 - 15:00 (UTC) Learning Session Right after the kickoff the active learning part starts. Everyone learns individually, while staying online on slack to keep supporting each other and sharing interesting insights or discussing problems. When issues arise we can resolve them together.
15:00 - 16:00 (UTC) Recap At the end of the day we all jump on a call again and discuss the learnings and open questions. Maybe everyone can share what they learned so we might learn from each other 🙂
